Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Custom or personalized items may require additional production time. Processing times may vary depending on the complexity of the order.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, weight, and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information whenever tracking is available.

Customs & Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

MTL Gifts is not responsible for delays or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.

If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will gladly assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically and are not shipped.

After your purchase is completed, download instructions will be provided on the order confirmation page or by email.

Due to the nature of digital products, shipping charges do not apply.
